How to make
Peel a celeriac head and cut it into sticks or medium-sized slices.
Place them in a large baking tray, sprinkle them with salt, paprika and black pepper.
Add a little olive oil, then mix the celery slices so that the spices stick nicely to them. Other spices of your choice can be added.
Place the celery in the oven and bake at 360°F (180°C) for about 20 minutes.
The roasted celeriac can be an excellent substitute for french fries and is also a very nice appetizer for a glass of beer.
