Ingredients

  • cabbages - 7.5 lb (3.5 kg)
  • peppers - 6.5 lb (3 kg) red
  • green tomatoes - 5.5 lb (2.5 kg)
  • carrots - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • oil - 2 1/2 cups (0.6 liters)
  • vinegar - 3 cups (0.7 l)
  • bay leaf
  • black pepper
  • salt - 1 1/5 cups (300 g), or to taste

How to make

Finely chop the vegetables and mix. Add the oil, vinegar and salt. Mix well again.

Pour the vegetable mixture with the marinade into jars, about 10-11 compote ones.

Place a small piece of bay leaf and a few grains of black pepper at the top of each jar.

Close and sterilize for 7-8 minutes.
