How to make
In four bowls or cups, distribute one tablespoon of chia.
All other ingredients are grinded in a blender to obtain a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
Pour the resulting cream into the cups and mix it well with the chia so that it does not form lumps. Store it in the refrigerator for several hours.
The chia will swell up and the mousse is much tastier cold. Enjoy your meal!
