How to make
Peel the potatoes and cut them in chunks and the rest of the vegetables, cut into smaller pieces.
Fry the leeks, onions and peppers in hot oil. When the onion becomes translucent, add the potatoes and fry them for about a minute.
Add paprika and mix well until it's completely dissolved.
Sprinkle with black pepper and generously with savory herb and as much salt as you like.
The tomato puree is diluted with 1 cup of water and is then poured over the potatoes.
Cover the dish and let it boil until it's ready.
Finally, sprinkle it with chopped parsley.
