How to make
Cut the pork into medium-sized pieces, roll them in the flour and braise in the heated oil. Add the chopped onions and after they're braised, pour in 2 cups (500 ml) hot water. Add the tomato paste.
Leave the dish to saute for 15-20 min. until the pork softens.
Add the peppers, cut into round slices. Saute for 10 min. Add the spices, saute 5-10 min. Sprinkle with chopped parsley to taste.
Serve the dish warm.
