How to make
Put in a jar 2 tbsp. white vinegar. The one I used was homemade vinegar. Add 7 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil.
Clean a clove of garlic and cut it into very small pieces, but it can also be crushed. We add it.
Add to the other products - 1 pinch of sea salt and 1 pinch of freshly ground black pepper. Finally, put 1 tsp. mustard.
Stir in with a small spoon. Put in a small jar, close with a lid and shake vigorously.
It becomes a yellow and thick, but a very fragrant mixture.
With the dressing, we can flavour salads.
