"Today we`re sharing these uniquely delicious potatoes made according to Jamie Oliver`s recipe."

Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • olive oil - 4 tbsp
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • vinegar - 2 tbsp
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper - 2 pinches
  • paprika - 2 pinches

  • rosemary

How to make

Wash the potatoes, peel and cut them in 2. Boil them in salted water for 8-10 min. Drain them well, pour into an oven dish with olive oil and a little butter.

Distribute them out in a single layer. Sprinkle with all of the listed spices. Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven for about 25 min.

In a bowl, mix the vinegar, garlic and a little olive oil. Take the potatoes out of the oven and mash them lightly with a fork.

Serve them seasoned with the vinegar mixture. Very easy and delicious!
