How to make
Wash the spinach, spring onions and parsley and tear them up in a suitable bowl.
Add the cream cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt, peeled garlic clove, pepper and salt to taste.
Blend to a smooth creamy mixture. If you find it too thick, add extra yogurt.
Pour into individual saucers and serve with all kinds of dishes with vegetables, meat dishes, potatoes, meat bites, etc.
