How to make
Fry the chopped onion in oil until it softens and add the tomato sauce, water, sugar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt and black pepper.
Boil over low heat for 15 minutes. Without cutting the ribs, bake them on low heat and turn them periodically.
Once they have been baking for 30 minutes, grease them generously with the prepared sauce and bake them for another 10 minutes.
Before serving, cut the pork ribs into portions.
