How to make
Shred the broccoli into florets and boil them for 2-3 minutes in boiling water. Then immediately cool in ice water and drain. Heat oil in a large pan and fry the chopped garlic and leeks. After a while, add the sliced carrot (using a peeler), and after 2 minutes, the sliced mushrooms.
Add salt and allow to sauté until the mushrooms are softened. Cut the pepper and add it as well. If necessary, add a little of the broth. Season to taste with black pepper and 1 tablespoon of ginger.
In a separate dish, heat the olive oil and put the chopped pork to fry. When golden, add the rest of the broth, soya sauce and leave it until the meat is completely done.
Before removing from the heat, add sesame and the other spoon of ginger. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Serve the pork on a bed of vegetables.
