  • mushrooms - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • butter - 0.7 oz (20 g)
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • salt - 1/2 tsp.

How to make

Clean the mushrooms with a brush and remove their stumps.

Cut them into large pieces and place them in a Teflon pan with the oil.
