How to make
Cut the pork ribs into separate pieces. Arrange them in a suitable tray.
In a bowl put the soy sauce, white wine, water and as much ground black pepper as you like.
Add honey in liquid form and mix it well. If desired, you can add finely chopped garlic and other spices to your liking.
Pour the sauce over the ribs. You can bake them in the tray in a 390°F (200 degrees) oven or you can grill them.
Serve them with lemon slices.
