Ingredients

  • flour - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • yoghurt - 1 cup (250 g)
  • eggs - 1
  • feta cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g), or more
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 pinch

How to make

Beat the yoghurt with the egg. Add the flour, baking soda, salt and crumbled feta cheese. Knead a soft dough.

Leave it to rise a little and lay it evenly in a greased baking dish. Smear it with egg or water and cook until browned on both sides.
