  • paprika - 1 tsp.
  • tomatoes - 1 jar

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • savory herb - for sprinkling
  • parsley - for sprinkling

How to make

In heated fat fry 1-2 finely chopped onions, until they're golden brown. After that we need to add a sausage, cut into juliennes.

Once the sausage starts to change its color, add 1 tbsp. of flour and 1 tsp. paprika.

Immediately after, add 1 jar of canned tomatoes and add the cut into strips peeled peppers. Leave it cook until the sauce thickens.

Beat 2 eggs per serving and then turn off the stove. Lave the food covered with a lid on the stove.

The eggs remain runny, but if you don't want them runny, leave them for another 2-3 minutes.

When serving, sprinkle with savory herb and parsley.
