Ingredients

  • carrots - 2
  • leeks - 1/2 bunch
  • cauliflowers - 7 oz (200 g)
  • broccoli - 7 oz (200 g) + a few florets for garnish
  • cabbages - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • vegetable broth - 1 cube
  • water - 6 1/5 cups (1.5 l)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • processed cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g), soft
  • parsley

How to make

Boil the water and put the broth in. Chop all the vegetables into small pieces, put them to boil until soft and flavour them with spices.

Add the processed cheese, cut into pieces and blend the soup until homogeneous. Add the chopped up parsley and serve with some broccoli florets.
