First, season the salmon with a little salt, black pepper, a little lemon juice and olive oil. Leave it like this for at least 30 minutes, during which time stew the vegetables with butter, a little black pepper and salt.
When they are ready, take them out and fry large slices of old onions in the same pan. Heat the grill pan and put the salmon cutlets in it and roast them on each side for 6-7 minutes.
Prepare a few leaves of iceberg and add the stewed vegetables in each one, add a salmon cutlet, onion and a slice of lemon.
