Ingredients

  • canned chickpeas - 7 oz (200 g)
  • leeks - 1 pc. (white part)
  • fresh field mushrooms - 6 - 7 pcs.
  • fresh spinach - 1.5 handfuls
  • canned tomatoes - 1/2 cup
  • water - 1/2 cup
  • small red peppers - 1 pc.
  • oil - 3 tbsp.
  • salt - by taste
  • sugar - a pinch
  • thyme
  • basil
  • black pepper

How to make

Peel the vegetables and cut them into pieces. Heat the oil, fry the chopped leeks, pepper strips and mushrooms. When they soften, add the chopped spinach.

Stir until the vegetables shrink in size and add a cup of chopped canned tomatoes. Season with salt, sugar and spices.

Pour half a glass of water and the strained chickpeas. Cook at the 4th stage on the hob for 10 minutes until the vegetables are left in their fat. Serve immediately - it's amazing. Uniquely tasty and dietary.
