How to make
Cut and peel the onions and potatoes. Heat the oil and sauté the onions and after a few minutes add the potatoes, puree, paprika and salt.
Pour enough hot water to cover the products. Strain the beans and add them.
Cook the stew over low heat until it's ready. Sprinkle it with parsley.
If the stew isn't thick enough, you can thicken it with 1 tbsp. flour, diluted in a little water.
