  • turkey steaks - 4 pieces (thigh)
  • fresh milk - 1/2 cup (100 ml)
  • olive oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • black pepper - 1 pinch

  • chives - 2 - 3 stalks
  • walnuts - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • garlic - 2 cloves

How to make

Mix the milk, olive oil, black pepper, salt and stir.

Put the meat into a bowl, pour the mixture over it and refrigerate it for 3-4 hours.

Put all the ingredients for the pesto in a blender and blend them.

Grease a grill pan and roast the marinated meat fro a short while.
