  • cocoa - 1/4 cup (for a richer taste) - optional

measures

How to make

Measure the water with the cup and pour it into the coffee pot. Add ground coffee and cocoa. Put on the stove and stir. Once it boils and rises, remove the pot and leave it for 2 minutes.

This is my way of making coffee in a pot. Some first roast the coffee at the bottom of the pot and then pour the water. Others first pour the water and as soon as it boils add the ground coffee. There are other ways. You can also make bulletproof coffee with espresso. However, instant is not recommended! No matter how you decide to prepare it, it doesn't matter.

When ready, pour into a bowl suitable for blending (you can also use a larger and deeper glass), add the butter and blend. A good cream is obtained by whipping the butter.

I do not have a small blender specifically for coffee, so I use a regular large blender. Mash in a small plastic jug (500 ml) and then pour the coffee into a cup.

You can also add coconut oil if desired. Choose for yourself whether to combine the two types of oil or only one type.

This coffee is recommended for those who are not in the habit of eating breakfast in the morning and follow a regimen.

Enjoy the drink with a few cocoa beans as a bonus if you like the rich cocoa taste (optional).
