Ingredients

  • whole grain tortillas - 4 pcs.
  • avocado - 2 pcs. (sliced)
  • red beans - 1 tin
  • tomatoes - 1 pc.
  • lettuce - 4 leaves
  • olives - 1 handful
  • spices - optional

How to make

Place a lettuce leaf on top of each tortilla wrap and arrange the tomatoes, avocado pieces, red beans and olives on top.

Sprinkle them with spices and roll them up.

Note: When working with this type of bread, do not fill them too much, because they are difficult to roll up and will fall apart.

To prevent this from happening, you can preheat each wrap on a hot dry pan.
