How to make
Clean and cut the mushrooms thinly, fry them in a pan with butter. Crush the garlic and add it to the mushrooms.
Gradually, add the flour and milk and mix well.
Sprinkle the crushed cube of broth. Boil and stir so the milk does not burn, for about 15 minutes.
Add the wine, salt, nutmeg and black pepper.
Leave the mushroom soup on low heat for another 10 minutes and serve.
