How to make
First, the meatballs are prepared. Finely chop the onion, add salt and pepper and add them to the minced meat, which is preferably beef.
Make large flat meatballs and fry them in a pan without fat.
Cut the buns in half and bake their soft side of a grill or maybe in the oven.
Then we start to arrange between the two halves of each bun a leaf of lettuce, meatball, a slice of cheese and a slice of tomato.
Optionally served with french fries.
