  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • white cheese - as much as it takes to make a thick mixture
  • butter - 1 tbsp.
  • yellow cheese - grated
  • baguette - 1/2 pc.

How to make

Grab half a baguette and cut it in half. Grease each part with butter.

In a bowl, beat the egg. Add the shredded cheese (the mixture should be thick, not thin, so that the egg aren't runny).

Spread the mixture on the two slices. Sprinkle them with grated yellow cheese.

Turn the oven on to 480°F (250 degrees) and wait for it to heat up.

Reduce to 430°F (220 degrees) and bake the slices on top and bottom oven rack.
