How to make
Wash the pork ribs and leave them in a plastic box with a lid.
Add the soy sauce, close with the lid and leave them in the fridge overnight.
Take them out and spread them with BBQ sauce on both sides. Place them in a baking pan.
Pour the beer and wrap the pork ribs nicely on all sides with aluminum foil.
Place in a preheated oven at 320°F (160°C). Leave them like that for 3 hours.
Remove the foil and bake until they're golden brown and increase the heat to 390°F (200°C).
If you wish, you can spread another spoonful of the sauce when you remove the foil to enhance the aroma of the country style pork ribs in oven.
