"No frying, no too much oil - quick and easy scrambled eggs in the oven"

Ingredients

  • eggs - 4 - 5 pcs.
  • milk - 1/4 cup.
  • sausage - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • feta cheese - 1.7 oz (50 g)
  • cheese - 1.7 oz (50 g)
  • piquant spice - vegetable
  • parsley - for sprinkling

How to make

Cut the sausage into cubes.

In a bowl, beat the eggs, adding the milk, cheese, yellow cheese and sliced sausage. Season with vegetable spice.

Pour the finished mixture into a lightly oiled baking dish.

Place in the oven and bake until done, stirring occasionally.

Take out the scrambled eggs, put in a plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
