How to make
Cut the large red tomatoes into circles about 0.5″ (1 cm) thick. Arrange them in a baking dish greased with butter. Salt them, sprinkle with chopped parsley and put in the oven to bake.
Take them out and break the eggs on top, being careful to keep the yolks whole. Between the eggs, sprinkle grated feta cheese and color lightly with paprika.
Add 3-4 tablespoons of melted butter and bake.
