  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • butter - 0.7 oz (20 g)
  • milk - 1/2 cup (100 ml)
  • savoury - wild
  • thyme
  • oregano
  • black pepper

How to make

For the steamed eggs with nettle and ham, the nettle is cleaned, washed and chopped.

Add salt and stew in a little oil.

Beat the eggs with the milk, finely chopped ham and spices, pour into a bowl greased with the remaining butter.

Place in a water bath, stirring constantly to avoid forming pieces.

Before serving, mix the scrambled eggs with the stewed nettle.
