How to make
Boil the peeled green beans in salted water until they soften. Strain and set them aside to cool.
Lightly tenderize the turkey steaks. Heat a grill pan well and grill the meat.
Put it in a large plate and immediately while it is warm, season it with salt, black pepper and a drizzle of olive oil.
Cut the steaks into juliennes. Transfer the green beans into a large bowl. Add the chopped meat.
Drizzle with the juice of one lemon, add some aroma with the grated lemon peel, put a pinch of finely chopped parsley and drizzle again with a little olive oil.
Mix all the products very well.
Allow the salad to absorb the flavors for 30 minutes before serving it as a light lunch or dinner!
