"Who said that meatballs need to be made only from mince? Try our potato and zucchini meatballs and you will see how tasty they are!"

Ingredients

  • zucchini - 19.5 oz (550 g)
  • potatoes - 5 - 6 large
  • red onions - 1 head
  • eggs - 1
  • flour - 5 tablespoons
  • breadcrumbs - 2 tablespoons
  • dill - 6 - 7 sprigs
  • parsley - 6 - 7 sprigs
  • feta cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - to taste

How to make

Peel the potatoes, boil and grate them. The zucchini is also grated, add salt and leave it for a while to let the juice out, then squeeze out the rest. Mix the potatoes, zucchini, chopped onion, dill, parsley, crumbled feta cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, pepper and salt to taste.

Shape dumplings, roll them in flour and fry them in very hot oil until browned. Serve these dumplings with a dressing of your choice.
