Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2.21 lb (1kg)
  • mushrooms - 7 oz (200g)
  • eggs - 1 - 2.
  • cheese - 5.5 oz (150g)
  • milk - a little, if necessary
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • parsley - 2 to 3 tablespoons crushed
  • curry - 1/2 tsp
  • breadcrumbs - for rolling
  • oil - for frying

How to make

Boil the potatoes and make into a paste with a little milk, butter and spices. Add egg, crumbled cheese, parsley and finely crushed and briefly pre-fried in butter mushrooms.
