How to make
Boil the potatoes and make into a paste with a little milk, butter and spices. Add egg, crumbled cheese, parsley and finely crushed and briefly pre-fried in butter mushrooms.
Add more seasoning if needed and put the mixture for 15 minutes in the chamber. Then, with wet hands, shape meatballs, roll them in the breadcrumbs them and drop them in to fry in hot oil on both sides.
Work carefully to avoid collapse.
