Ingredients

  • ricotta - 14 oz (400 g)
  • walnuts - 2.8 oz (80 g)
  • cucumber - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • salt - 1/2 tsp. or by taste
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp (30 ml)
  • mint - 1 sprig
  • black pepper - 2 pinches or by taste
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp. or by taste
  • carrots - 2 large pcs.

How to make

Blend the walnuts, mint leaves and cucumber in a blender.

Add the ricotta, salt, black pepper, lemon juice and olive oil and blend for a few more seconds.

The lemon juice does not need to be added if the ricotta is homemade.

Serve this quick and tasty dip sprinkled with more black pepper and in the company of crackers or as I suggest in this case - with carrots.

Peel them and cut them into thin sticks, which you can dip directly into the dip or place them in a separate cup.

Serve the ricotta dip with walnuts, cucumber and mint immediately after you make it.
