How to make

The meat - the whole piece is greased with butter, rosemary, black pepper, paprika and salt.

Do not marinate the pork - bake directly in the oven for 1 hour!

For the mushroom sauce, fry the flour in butter and one red onion, dilute the sauce with the wine and water from the soaked mushrooms and then add the mushrooms.
