How to make
Let the spinach thaw a little and chop it up. Place it in a small pot and add the chopped onion.
Season with salt, curry powder, and chopped fresh parsley. Add 1 tbsp (20 g) of butter, 1/2 cup (100 ml) water and bring to a boil on a the stove.
Let the spinach mix cook until the liquid has evaporated, and set aside.
Pour in the fresh milk 1 cup and water 1/2 cup. Add one whisked egg, a teaspoon of baking powder and stir.
You can blend the mix if you wish. Add the flour gradually, and stir. The batter should be a little thicker than a pancake batter.
Bake the waffles in a heated, greased waffle maker.
Spread a little butter of the cooked waffles. Serve with Feta cheese.
Enjoy!
