How to make
Clean and wash the spinach well. Cut it and saute in heated salted water for 15 min. Strain the boiled spinach and rinse it with cold water.
In a separate container, heal the oil and braise 1 tbsp flour in it. Add the strained spinach and the milk. Take it off the stove and stir with 1 raw egg. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour half of the mixture into an oven-safe container. Arrange the round slices of hard-boiled eggs on top. Pour the remaining mixture over them.
Bake in the oven for about 20 min., then pour on a mixture of 1 raw egg, yoghurt and the remaining flour over it. Put it in the oven again to redden.
