How to cook
The spinach is scalded, until it softens, then the milk, egg and flour are added.
All this is blended either with a liquidizer or a blender, until a thick mixture is obtained. Then 1 tbsp. of oil is added.
On a heated pan, lightly greased, some of the mixture is poured, which is just enough to cover the bottom for a thin pancake and do that, until you run out of mixture.
The chicken breasts are baked lightly lightly for a few minutes (they don't have to be fully baked).
The meat is cut into strips - not very thin, the mushrooms are cut into strips or cubes according to your preferences and they are put in a pan with 2-3 drops of oil to lightly fry them with the curry and black pepper.
After removing them from the stove, pour them into a large bowl and add the crumbled white cheese and mayonnaise.
Mix everything well and spread the mixture on the savory pancakes, then wrap and serve them warm.
The most delicious spinach pancakes are ready.
