  • potatoes - 1 - 2
  • pork - 7 oz (200 g) chops or neck
  • oil - 3 - 4 tablespoons
  • white wine - 1 cup
  • black pepper

How to make

Cut the meat and tenderize it so that you get a thin sheet, sprinkle it with salt and pepper. Put the finely chopped pickles, smoked meat and grated potatoes in.
