How to make
Mix the minced meat with the grated onion, 2 eggs, the milk, baking soda, breadcrumbs, cumin (or mince spice), savory, black pepper and salt to taste, corn, finely cut Vienna sausages, olives, pickles and carrots. Spread it out flat.
Put 3 boiled eggs in the middle, add slices of cheese and processed cheese and the mushrooms, sauteed beforehand in a little butter. Sprinkle it with chopped parsley and roll it into a tight roll. Transfer it into a buttered tray, add about a cup of water, cover with foil and bake it at 390°F (200 °C).
Towards the end of cooking, remove the foil to crisp the roll on top. Remove it from the oven and sprinkle it with grated cheese.
