How to make

With a mixer, start beating the egg whites. When they start to thicken, gradually add the sugar. Beat, until a thick mixture is obtained.

Mix the milk and oil in a bowl, add the flour and mix with a fork. Add some of the beaten egg whites to this mixture and mix with a spatula.

Transfer the flour mixture to the remaining egg whites and mix with a spatula, until a smooth mixture is obtained.

Line the baking tray with paper, pour the mixture and spread it out evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 320°F (160°C) for 15 minutes.

Turn the cake layer along with the paper onto another sheet of paper and carefully remove the top sheet.

Beat the cream with the powdered sugar and spread some of it on the cooled cake layer. On the long side tightly arrange 5 pcs. of peeled and nicely cleaned from the white part oranges, by having slightly leveled them at both ends.

Using the paper, roll it up tightly. Close it up with the paper like candy and store in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Remove the paper and spread the remaining cream on the sweet roll.

Sprinkle orange peel over your orange roll.

Kiwis or tangerines can be used instead of oranges as fruit.
