How to make
Rub 1 orange peel on the sugar cubes. Put them in a deep bowl.
Clean the oranges, separate the pieces and cut them into small pieces, then remove the seeds.
Put the oranges with the sugar cubes and add the remaining sugar and white wine – up to 2 bottles.
Place this on ice for about 4 hours.
Before presenting the orange bolle, add vermouth and soda to it.
