Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • onion - 2 onions
  • carrots - 3 pcs.
  • mushrooms - 14 oz (400 g)
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • dill - 2 tbsp.
  • salt - 1/2 tsp.
  • paprika - 1 tsp.
  • nutmeg - 1 pinch
  • black olives - 10 pcs.

How to make

Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces. Pour them into a baking pan.

Cut the carrots and onions into small pieces and pour them over the potatoes.

Pour enough water to cover the vegetables and bake for about 30 minutes.

Mash the mushrooms and fry them in oil for 10 minutes. Transfer them into the vegetable pan.

Add the nutmeg, salt and chopped dill.

Pit the olives, cut them and add them to the other products. Stir.

Sprinkle the paprika generously on top and bake the moussaka for another 15 minutes.
