Ingredients

  • pears - 4 pcs
  • honey - 2 tbsp (or maple sirup)
  • white wine - 4.2 fl oz (125 ml)
  • flour - 1.7 oz (50 g)
  • oats - 1.7 oz (50 g)
  • demerara sugar - 2 tbsp (30 g)
  • butter - 1.7 oz (50 g)
  • walnuts - 1.7 oz (50 g)
  • almonds - 1 oz (30 g)
  • chocolate - 1.7 oz (50 g)
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp.

How to make

Seed the pears and cut them into thin slices. Arrange them in a greased baking tray 11″ (28 cm) in diameter.

Pour the honey or maple syrup and wine on top and bake in a preheated oven to 360°F (180 degrees).

In the meantime mix the flour, oats, sugar, diced butter and cinnamon and mix the ingredients with your fingers to achieve and crumbly texture. Add the crushed walnuts and almond fillets.

Grate the chocolate on top of the pears, and add the crumbly mix on top.

Preheat the oven to 70.9″ (180 degrees) and bake for 20 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
