How to make
Finely chop the walnuts and oatmeal in a chopper. Add 1 egg, 1 egg white and the cocoa. Mix well and spread the mixture in the baking pan in which you will bake it.
Leave the cake base in the refrigerator while you prepare the topping cream.
For the cream, beat the yolk well and add the roasted pumpkin along with the cinnamon and honey to it. Beat well until a smooth mixture forms.
Pour the cream over the base and bake the cheesecake at 390°F (200 degrees) for about 20 minutes.
