How to make
Cut circles out of the puff pastry, then form an edge around them to create a basket. Bake these baskets and fill them with cream.
Make the cream by heating the milk, put the vanilla in it, the sugar, flour and the 2 egg yolks. The cream needs to be constantly stirred, so it doesn't come to a boil.
Separately, prepare a butter cream from the butter and powdered sugar. When the milk cream cools, mix it with the butter one and use this cream to fill the baskets. Decorate with fruits, jam or cream.
