How to make
Dissolve the yeast in a little warm water, a pinch of sugar and a few drops of vinegar. Add a little flour, mix it up and let it rise in a warm place. Once effervescent, add all the other products to it and knead a smooth dough. It needs to be smooth and homogeneous.
