How to make
Sift the flour with a sieve into a bowl and mix it with the baking powder. Mix with a spatula to mix the two ingredients well. Add salt, cocoa and mix again.
In another bowl, beat two eggs and sugar with a mixer for a while. Add the oil and mix again. Finally, add the liquid chocolate and mix.
Add the flour mixture in portions. Transfer onto a floured surface and knead the dough.
Shape it into a ball. A dark-colored dough is made from the flour, cocoa and liquid chocolate.
Leave it to set for 40 minutes in the refrigerator. Take it out and with your hands shape it into equal sized balls, a little bigger than a walnut.
Roll each one in powdered sugar, that you have poured into a plate, beforehand. Once you roll them, shake the excess off slightly.
Arrange the crinkle cookies in a tray lined with baking paper in a preheated oven. Bake for 12 minutes until they're fully baked.
Take them out of the tray after they have cooled down and place them into a bowl. They're delicious and have a slightly different taste due to the flour and liquid chocolate.
The Crinkle Cookies with Whole Wheat Flour and Nutella are ready.
