  • oil - 6 tbsp (90 ml)
  • cumin - 1 tsp.
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • ground black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
  • arabic flatbreads - 6 pcs.

How to make

The beans are washed and boiled until they soften. The decoction is preserved. The beans are mashed with 150 milliliters of the decoction.

Add the oil, crushed flaxseed, cumin, finely chopped garlic, salt and black pepper.
