How to make
Sift the flour. Beat the two eggs, add the oil, milk, salt and sugar. Add the yeast.
Stir the mixture and pour it into the flour. Add lukewarm water /about 1/2 cups/ and knead a soft dough that does not stick to your hands. If necessary, add a little more flour.
Shape the finished dough into a ball and wrap it with cling film. Let the dough rise in a warm place.
Make the filling by crumbling the white cheese and adding the finely chopped parsley.
Divide the dough into small balls. Roll out each ball into a small loaf.
Add the filling, wrap and shape the baguettes.
Beat the third egg and add 1 tsp. oil. Beat and coat the baguettes with the mixture, using a silicone brush.
Sprinkle flaxseed on each baguette and make side slits using a knife.
Arrange the baguettes in a tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C).
The baguettes with white cheese and flaxseed are ready.
