How to make

Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes for the moussaka.

Put them in a baking pan, in which you need to add the finely chopped onions, the canned blended tomatoes, savory herb, cumin, paprika, oil and salt. Be careful with the amount of salt - do not forget that you will be adding white cheese to the moussaka!

Mix everything well, pour enough water to cover the mixture and place the baking pan in a preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes.

During this time prepare the topping - beat the eggs, add the yoghurt, milk, flour and salt.

Take out the baking pan, check the potatoes to see if they're ready and add the chopped parsley and the crumbled white cheese. Pour the topping over it and put it in the oven to bake for about 10 minutes.

This recipe meets the requirements for children's food - there's no frying, thickeners or spicy spices involved.

Moussaka is also delicious with white cheese instead of minced meat.

The moussaka with white cheese and potatoes is ready.
