Ingredients

  • baguettes - 6 pcs.
  • For the stuffing
  • sivri pepper - 1 pc.
  • spring onion - 2 stalks
  • white cheese - about 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • sausage - 2 slices (whatever one you have in the fridge)
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • smoked yellow cheese - 7 oz (200 g)

How to make

The baguettes are cut and lightly carved out on top (to shape them like boats).

In a bowl, mix all of the products for the filling, without the smoked yellow cheese.

Mix everything well and fill the baguettes.

Sprinkle them with grated smoked yellow cheese on top.

Bake them at 430°F (220 degrees) for about 20-25 minutes.
